• Processing your NEQ renewal request with the Quebec Enterprise Registrar

• Communicating with you regarding your request

• Issuing invoices via QuickBooks

• Managing your client file in our system (Airtable)

• Secure processing of your payments via Stripe

• Sending renewal reminders if you have subscribed to the annual plan

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services as part of our operations:

• Airtable: secure storage and management of our client data. Data is hosted on secure servers in the United States.

• QuickBooks: invoice issuance and management.

• Vercel: hosting of our website. Vercel may collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type) for performance and security purposes.

We never sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Your personal information is retained for as long as necessary to provide our service and meet our legal obligations. Data related to your NEQ renewal is retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting requirements in Quebec and Canada. If you cancel your annual subscription, your payment data is deleted from Stripe within 90 days of cancellation.
